St. Pol old-fashioned grain spirit, also called geneva, is distilled from noble materials, such as rye and malt. St-Pol Geneva’s are only distributed in speciality stores and top of the range class restaurants. St-Pol produces four grain genevas : 30 % vol & 36 % vol (only available in glass bottles of 1 litre), and 40 % vol & 49 % vol (available either in glass bottles of 1 litre or in traditional fired-baked clay bottles) ). The fire-baked clay bottles come in different formats of 5, 35, 50, 70, 100, 150 and 300 cl.
