The unfiltered geuze beer of Mort Subite is a balanced mixture of old and young lambics, fermented after bottling for at least 1 year. Filtered geuze is the result of a careful dilution process. Geuze is to be drunk from the typical geuze glass. Its an amber-coloured, crisp sour-sweet thirst quencher. Alc. 4.5% vol.

Mort Subite Oude Gueuze is a spontaneous fermentation beer, re-fermented in the bottle. It is made from a mixture of young and old (min. 3 years) lambic, matured in oaken barrels. An excellent old gueuze, with an alcohol content of 7,0%.
In 2012, Mort Subite Oude Gueuze won the golden medal in the category Worlds Best Sour Beer at the World Beer Awards in London.
