Watou Tripel has achromate yellow colour, yeast in suspension, with a thick yellowish head. In its nose you recognize coriander, citrus peel, yeast, cheesy. Taste: malts, 'backlying' bitterness, not outspoken, not hoppy. Little sweetness, seeming to refer to white sugar (syrup) or caramel. Rather neutral overall, but well-balanced.Mouthfeel/aftertaste: warming alcohol effect despite relative low ABV. No new taste.
