The Bush de Nuits is aged using traditional methods in oak casks previously used to hold Nuits Saint-Georges (Bourgogne) wine. It is a flavoursome beer with wine-like aromas of red fruits giving it an amazingly harmonious balance in the mouth. The Bush de Nuits is not filtered and refermented in the bottle.

Bush Amber was created in 1933 by Alfred Dubuisson, grand-father of the present family brewer, Hugues. Its former name was "Bush 12%", but today it is known as Bush Amber. Its amber colour is due to the use of caramel malt in the production process. Bush Amber, the strongest Belgian beer, has an alcohol content of 12%. Its bitter sweet taste provides it with firmness and personality. What's more, it helps digestion.

This Christmas beer was created by Hugues Dubuisson in 1991. It is brewed in limited quantities and rates at 12% alcohol. The beer is amber-red due to the use of caramel malt in large quantities. This is a sweet beer with a pleasant flavour of hops. Indeed, for Bush de Noël, the brewer uses a traditional process which consists in placing hops flowers in the vats where the beer rests for four to six weeks by which time it will have reached full maturity, giving it a very distinctive taste.

Brewed since 2009 by the Brasserie Dubuisson with the same rigour as the other Bush beers, made to an original recipe based on natural peach extracts, the Pêche Mel’Bush has what it takes to satisfy everyone who likes fruit-flavoured beers with character. The natural flavourings and extracts of the fruit complement the original bitterness of the Bush Amber to create a rounded and perfectly balanced beer. Pêche Mel’Bush is a highly fermented, filtered beer with an alcohol volume of 8.5%, which will make it without a doubt the strongest fruit-flavoured beer.
