Created in June 1998, Bush Blond is obviously a discovery in the strong blond ales market in which it will undoubtedly play a major role. It has a light and glistering colour. It rates at 10.5 % alcohol content. Hugues Dubuisson who is the current brewer wanted it to be worth of the famous Bush Amber and gave it the same nice aroma and flavour, which are henceforth the Brewery Dubuisson's signature.

	Brewed expressly to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the creation of Bush Blond, Bush Blond Triple offers real finesse and a marvellously balanced taste. Its natural re-fermentation in the bottle gives it fizz and fullness.

	The Bush de Nuits is aged using traditional methods in oak casks previously used to hold Nuits Saint-Georges (Bourgogne) wine. It is a flavoursome beer with wine-like aromas of red fruits giving it an amazingly harmonious balance in the mouth. The Bush de Nuits is not filtered and refermented in the bottle.

This Christmas beer was created by Hugues Dubuisson in 1991. It is brewed in limited quantities and rates at 12% alcohol. The beer is amber-red due to the use of caramel malt in large quantities. This is a sweet beer with a pleasant flavour of hops. Indeed, for Bush de Noël, the brewer uses a traditional process which consists in placing hops flowers in the vats where the beer rests for four to six weeks by which time it will have reached full maturity, giving it a very distinctive taste.
